Produced by the NMSC from 1999 through 2015 (with a one-year hiatus), the festival was a popular celebration of the arts, culture, history and community spirit. Due in part to the successful rejuvenation of the downtown village district, the Heritage Festival lacked the space needed to continue this annual event.
